Honestly, its probably the best and most authentic Thai place in TX. Love the food and friendly service.
I will never not rave about this place. The pineapple fried rice and spicy egg rolls are incredible. Be prepared to wait (worth it) and get there early before they run out!
Excellent food. Great owners
Best Thai Food you will ever eat. Hidden Gem in Longview. Be prepared to spend 30 minutes waiting for your freshly cooked food. But oh is it worth the wait!! Wished there was a 10 star option.
Great AUTHENTIC food & made to order fresh every time. If you need somewhere small & intimate I would recommend this place because the atmosphere is busy yet calm enough that you can hear each other over a table. Small patio out front allows a bit of people watching. I had Sweet Iced Coffee & the Gai pad khing - which is sliced chicken breast, ginger, water chestnuts, onion, mushrooms, & baby corn served with rice. Large portions too!
Can't be in a hurry, your food is made to order and delicious!
First things first - go early! but if you have to wait, it's worth it. The Drunken noodles are my favorite, but truly, anything you order here will be top quality and freshly made. The price may seem daunting, but we usually have enough left over to take home for another meal. The owners are hard working and friendly, so don't miss it. Best restaurant (of any kind) in Longview.
Perfect! Spices are amazing! And a military discount!
Amazing food in an intimate environment. Not fast food so expect to wait about 30 minutes
Lunch was glorious, try to keep your group to 4 or less.
Never had Thai Tea or thai food to put it like that but I was blown out of this world with how amazing this tasted! Will was a great guy to converse with and was very helpful! Will be returning soon!
The service was quick and friendly? My food was ok; my pad Thai tasted like it was made with fish sauce which can happen at some Thai restaurants. But the local at was killer. Check out the local vibe and the local art. Everyone else I was with lived their food. Specifically, try the peanut stir fry.
Delicious, Authentic Thai food. Like eating at a friend's house. The food is prepared after you order so don't expect fast food.
Good food and you get good portions for the price. Know going in that you will have to wait for your food since it's cooked to order. The owners are nice and friendly and the other diners are usually regulars so everyone talks between the tables. It's just a good place to go if you're not in a rush for lunch. Very relaxing.
First time having Thai food. We got there before they open and we was the third person to order. We had to wait about 15 minutes. It was good and he was really nice. It was interesting to see all the art work they had on their walls.
I walked in and I felt right at home in another person's world. It's a little small but if you can make friends with your neighbors you can make friends with a person at your table and have a great time. Its friendly and I love how they have there table numbers. This is definitely a recommendation if you ever find yourself close and hungry stop by for some delicious food.
Great food, cozy setting, and the owner is very personable and kind.
The best Thai Curry I've ever had in the most random place in Texas! The cafe is delightfully eccentric. But I can't say enough good things about the flavor of the Red and Panang Curries. I've had both dishes countless times all over the US (never Thailand, sigh) and this is freshest, most rustic, and thoroughly flavorful rendition I've experienced. The chef is clearly a master at her craft, forged by generations of family heritage and experience. Stop in at all costs.
Food is delicious unlike any other. Friendly Family owned and ran. Only downside is the schedule.
Ambience is wonderful! I called ahead and asked about gluten free food and staff was very knowledgeable! Food is delicious!
First time to visit. They have intriqued my palette to try some more soon
My very favorite place to eat in Longview. Their food is amazing, they are friendly, and each order is cooked fresh. Wish I could give them 10 stars! Love this place!
Has some of the best food ever. They may take awhile to get your food to you but it's fresh and very delicious.
Great food and worth the wait! The owner is super cool. When it's slow (which isn't often) he'll come out and talk to the customers. His daughter is so sweet. She has her own space in the restaurant off to the side, but will occasionally come talk to the guests. Wonderful food, wonderful family owned, family friendly restaurant.
This is probably the one restaurant you have to try at least once if you live or are swing through Longview. I have been to many Thai places in Texas but this is probably the most authentic and delicious. The level of spice is truly perfect for those who like it spicy without losing any flavor. Don't worry they do have a non spicy option for those who just read the last sentence. They also offer yummy vegan dishes as well. The space they are in is a little small so finding seating can be difficult sometimes.Last, this my FAVORITE place to eat in Longview whether I get it to go or sit in the restaurant.
Great vibe to the ambiance. My Pad Thai was a bit bland, so I said so. The owner mixed up some "spicy fish sauce" for me and the flavor then popped, creating a wonderful taste sensation. I'll definitely come here again and I highly recommend the restaurant.
Wow what a find in Longview. I had read the reviews and decided I wanted to try this place as I love authentic Thai cuisine. Unlike many restaurants in this age of premade and quick mixes this place takes no shortcuts. Every meal is prepared freshly for you so a bit of a wait. I would much prefer waiting a short time for a fabulous meal than the shortcuts taken at other establishments. If you love Thai food you absolutely owe it to yourself to try the Lil Thai House as it's the best I have found in the area.
Lil Tia House is a Great little place to go for Tai food. It's Authentic and everything is fresh and delicious. And the Owners are wonderful people. Thanks for Reading 😁
One of my favorite places in Longview Texas! If you want authentic Thai this is the perfect place.
Quaint little place with very friendly staff. Excellent food! Best Thai I have ever had. My new favorite restaurant
Panang curry today. Chicken fresh veggies and super spicy. Excellent!
Fantastic Thai food. Do not expect quick service, friendly indeed, but food this good is a creation that takes time. Their hours are consistent for lunch but dinner is 1 night a week & the hours are based on how they feel the 1 night they offer dinner. But if you get in you are in for treat! They also do take out as well.
This place will make your mouth speak 7 different languages; SIMULTANEOUSLY! Don't believe me? Just ask me!
Nothing else to say! hands down! Amazing!
Great food made by some great people. We go here regularly for a good reason.
Very friendly owners and very good food! Definitely satisfied my Thai cravings while visiting Longview. I ordered the Drunken Fried Rice and I'd definitely recommend it. Also, the food is made fresh basically in front of your eyes. This place seems to be a favorite among the locals, so if you've never been you should give it a try!
I gave it 4 stars because it was a cool little place and I liked the people that worked there, I have never ate Thai before so I have nothing to compare it to, and didn't really know what to order, we got the pineapple fried rice, not really for me, had like an Indian type smell and taste, the chicken in it was good but what ever the seasoning is kinda takes over everything, so not really a fan of thai
Great place & clean. Good food for take out.
Authentic Thai food. Definitely worth the wait.
I totally enjoyed food, will be back
Authentic Thai food cooked by an amazing Thai woman. This place is small, but it's big on flavor and interesting artwork. They have a good selection of very spicy, spicy, a little spicy, and not spicy, but when they say it's very spicy, IT'S VERY SPICY.
Excellent food, great people
Ordered vegan drunken noodles everything was really fresh, light on oil. Would recommend
The pad thai is awesome, large portion. Great price and food perpared quickly!
We went to the restaurant at 1:10 pm. I wanted to order chicken pad Thai but the lady from the kitchen rudely screamed “I’m not making that!” The man taking my order tried to make things less awkward and complimented on my name. He said if I would like veggies as an option, I said okay. It was 2:20pm when I got my order. I know they have a sign hanging out that says “this is not fast food” but that long wait was not worth it at all. Such a disappointment. I do not recommend this place.
Excellent spot for Thai food. this location is absolutely outstanding. the service here is great.
Picked up a door dash here, but food smells amazing. I will be back for myself.
Fantastic meal! Love the service and food comes out in a reasonable time. Great atmosphere. Recommend the ginger chicken stir fry
